As excitement builds over Bruce Morton’s fascinating hurricane-prevention solution, the world is clamoring for more information and a deeper dive into the science and technology behind his system of solar power satellites (SSPS). Morton is scheduled to appear at the Worldwide Business with kathy ireland® studios (now set for 2021) to discuss everything from his professional history to the far-reaching applications for weather control and microwave energy production. On the popular business show, business icon and noted entrepreneur Kathy Ireland highlights some of the most forward-thinking brands in the market today. Her calm and engaging interview style encourages guests to get comfortable and share incredible insights into their work, including how they’re disrupting the status quo and creating unique products and services that address consumer pain points and make the world a better place. 2 Oceans is poised to join a uniquely curated list of featured companies offering everything from software and IT solutions for healthcare organizations to the manufacture of engineered fractals.
A Strong Foundation for a Brilliant Future
During his appearance on Worldwide Business, Bruce is scheduled to discuss a wide range of topics beginning with his extensive education and experience in engineering, business development, strategic planning and renewable energy. After earning a B.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from New York University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Morton went on to work for huge names like General Electric GE Aerospace (since incorporated into Lockheed Martin), Raytheon and Rockwell International (now part of Boeing). He also taught graduate courses in cybersecurity and management information systems at George Washington University.
Though retired from Lockheed Martin since 2010, Morton continues to work in aerospace and defense, focusing heavily on his passion for SSPS and mitigating the often calamitous effects of severe Category 4 and 5 hurricanes. This compelling approach involves launching multiple satellites which would harness the energy of the sun and turn it into microwave energy. Those microwaves would then be beamed into asymmetrical areas of tropical depressions, causing the pre-hurricane storms to become unbalanced and dissipate before they can gather speed, reach land and wreak havoc.
A Preview of the Upcoming WWB Interview
Given that the in-studio appearance was postponed due to the effects of the COVID-19 global pandemic, Morton recently taped a sneak preview of his upcoming in-studio interview with Kathy Ireland via Skype; conducted by the team at Worldwide Business with kathy ireland. Viewers who tune into Bruce Morton’s interviews on Worldwide Business with kathy ireland® can expect one of the most in-depth looks at SSPS to date. Check out the preview interview and stay tuned for future updates to learn more about the solar power satellite concept, how we can harness and focus microwave energy to target tropical depressions and how science backs up the possibility of energy-based hurricane prevention. There is potential far beyond meteorological implications as well; listen in as Bruce describes other theoretical applications for energy generated in space and beamed back to earth. Other topics planned for discussion include project development, the search for viable and suitable partners and why we should all be rooting for this patent-pending concept to come to fruition.
